Initially I was impressed with the staff, very friendly and helpful and slowed us into the room very early. We came back later in the day about 9pm and went to have a wash. Turned the taps on and brown raw sewage came out of the taps for about 5 minutes. It was disgusting!! I telephoned reception they sent up what looked like a 15 year old boy who ran the taps and said their system overflowed when it rained heavily. He did not seem to care that we could have caught all manner of diseases from the contaminated water and neither did reception who I had to argue with to get bottled water sent up to the room so we could wash. Luckily we were checking out at 5am and do went to bed. I am still dumbfounded as to how the hotel thought sewage in the water system was OK and a normal occurrence?

Best price for this location. We could walk to Central Park, Rockefeller & Broadway. Subway was nearby too. If you can overlook rude service and limited amenities, ask for a room facing inside (construction noise from bldg across the street on weekdays starts at 8am, plus the usual NYC blaring sirens/horns until wee hours - we were originally 10th floor & it did not make a difference). Receptionist begrudgingly changed rooms for us after 1 night, new room’s sink was choked but the plumber came promptly the next morning.

The staff were helpful and friendly, my room was clean, quiet. Location, for my activities, could not have been better. Price: most reasonable for a Manhattan hotel of this quality. The only negative element was that the mattress on the bed was rather uneven (worn) and not the most comfortable.

Location is great! Halfway during our stay, they had construction work going on right outside our room. They did not offer an apology or notice. Instead we had to go down and ask for a change of room and we were upgraded.

タイムズスクエアの中心地とセントラルパークの間にあり、ロケーションはけっこういい場所でした。お部屋も狹くない感じでおしゃれ仕様でしたが、シーツにシミがちらほらあったり、清潔感に関しては若干微妙かなと思いました。
